Plasma Tungsten ARC Welding Process:

We undertake hard facing of Cobalt/Nickel alloys done on Valve Seats & Discs using Plasma Tungsten Arc Welding Process (PTAW). Similarly for hard facing/welding is done on Seat Rings, using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW).

Production Machining:

With  CNC Turning/VMC Milling  machines, we provide excellent process capability and control, short lead-time response, just-in-time delivery, and very competitive cost performance across a broad range of part sizes. We strive to manufacture the best quality parts delivered at the tight demands of our customers. All of this is possible only with the unique combination of modern equipment, well-defined processes, highly trained & dedicated personnel.

We specialize in the manufacturing of precision machined parts with tolerances down to +/- .01 mm (+/-.0004 in.).

We are ISO9001:2008 certified and we also have an API Monogram License for the manufacture of Ring Joint Gaskets.
