Packings & Jointings Gaskets Pvt. Ltd. has vast experience in manufacturing high quality Metal Gaskets, Rings, PTAW/GTAW Welded components; Valve components; and CNC Machined components.
The Gaskets are produced at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Chennai. A team of qualified engineers and dedicated workforce complete each task in close coordination, to supply a product that conforms to the specifications and requirement of the customer.
Our customers include, Oil Refineries, Chemical & Petrochemical Complexes, Fertilizer Plants, Thermal/Nuclear Power Plants, Valve & Wellhead Equipment manufacturers, Original Equipment manufacturers, Engineering & Process Management Consultants, etc.

Quality Assurance
We have API Monogram License (American Petroleum Institute), License No. 6A-0326 for Ring Joint Gaskets. Our quality system adheres to the stringent requirements of API 6A. Each Ring Joint Gasket is stamped with the API license number, material reference and heat no. of the material.
In addition, we have an ISO 9001: 2008 certification along with NABCB for the manufacture of Metal Gaskets, Valve Components & Machined Components.
A comprehensive traceability, from material source along with mill certification, to the final supply, is an integral component in our company's strict quality assurance procedures and exceeds those demanded by API 6A & ISO9001:2008. |
